Cranberry Apple Drops 3 tablespoons oil 3 large egg whites 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats 1 teaspoon baking soda 3/4 cup apple juice concentrate, thawed 1/4 cup cranberry juice cocktail 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 2 cups chopped dried apples 1. preheat oven to 350* 2. Beat egg white and oil until frothy. 3. Add apple juice concentrate and cranberry juice cocktail. Blend well. 4. Add flour, oats and baking soda. Mix until well blended. 5. Stir in walnuts and dried apples. 6. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on to cookie sheet. 7. Bake for 10 minutes. 8. When cool freeze or store in airtight container in refrigerator.
