Sweet Potato Burrito Cook a sweet potato, peel, and mash the innards with a teensy bit of unsweetened fruit juice to make a paste. Flatten a piece of 12-grain (or other whole grain) bread with a rolling pin, then cut into strips about 1 1/2" wide. Put a dollop of sweet potato paste on a strip and roll tightly like a burrito, serve, making sure your fingers are out of the way! Contributed by Marcella Remund
